Central Indiana LGBTQ+ Young Adults Group (CILYAG) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing safe, sober, and sensory-friendly spaces for community and connection.
Founded in 2023, CILYAG has initiated valuable partnerships around the state of Indiana, including partnerships with IndyPride, The ACLU, and the Indiana Youth Group.
I have been working with CILYAG since Fall 2023.
In May 2024, I became CILYAG's Social Media Intern. This transitioned into a Social Media Coordinator position.
Since partnering with CILYAG, we have seen a 19% increase in engagement as well as a 12.1% increase in followers over the course of 90 days.
